Summary of the Townsville Hospital and Health Board Meeting #158 held 3 March 2025 and Board activities in the reporting period.

The Townsville Hospital and Health Board (THHB) met on 2 December 2024. The meeting was chaired by THHB Chair, Mr Tony Mooney AM and attended by seven members of the Board (including the THHB Chair).
The Board received updates from the Board Committees which met in the reporting period, including:
- Matters for Board Safety and Quality Committee
- Matters from Board Stakeholder Engagement Committee
- Matters from Board Finance Committee
The Board received a number of reports including the following:
- Executive Report from the Health Service Chief Executive, Kieran Keyes
- Service Agreement Performance Report
- Patient Safety Report
- Palm Island Health Services
- Redesignation of Townsville University Hospital
