Cancer Research and Clinical Trials
The Townsville Cancer Centre is proud to participate in, and contribute to, cutting-edge cancer therapy research and care plans for our patients through clinical trials. We participate in multinational and multi-centre clinical trials in medical and radiation oncology, haematology, bone marrow transplantation and palliative care.
The Townsville Cancer Centre also offers clinical trials to rural and remote patients through the telehealth model, known as teletrials.
