Dementia Assessment Services

Dementia Assessment Services provide comprehensive neuropsychology assessments to determine a person’s cognitive deterioration as well as education for individuals, carers and their family members about dementia.

Note:

• no services are provided on weekends or public holidays
• there is no cost to the consumer for services provided
• there is no age limit for the Dementia Assessment Services.
