Kirwan and North Ward Community Care Team (KCCT and NWCCT)
The Kirwan Community Care Team (KCCT) and North Ward Community Care Team (NWCCT) provide a range of assessment, treatment and support services to consumers with severe mental health disorders and associated disability in the short, medium and long term.
The community care teams offer ongoing assessment support and treatment for consumers with various mental health disorders. The teams provide care within the individuals own home and community. The teams offer varying education for consumers and their families working within a least restrictive practice model.

- Individual treatment programs
- Family interventions
- Psychiatric outpatient clinics
- Case management.
