Evolve Therapeutic Services (ETS)

Evolve Therapeutic Services (ETS) provide specialist, intensive, therapeutic mental health interventions for young people with severe and complex mental health support needs who are on interim or finalised child protection orders in out-of-home care. ETS is the Queensland Health therapeutic service component of Evolve Interagency Services (Evolve) which is funded by the Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women.

Services

• Provide planned and coordinated therapeutic supports to children and young people in out-of-home care, to improve emotional wellbeing and develop skills to enhance participation in school and in the community
• Services are currently delivered within the Townsville and Mackay Hospital and Health Service areas

Referral Procedure

Referrals are only accepted from the Department of Child Safety.
